Studio Preparation

Please allow 2 to 5 working days for studio preparation in Rotterdam before your little traveller is ready to begin their journey. Handcrafted things take a little time, and we prefer not to rush them.

The Journey

Once your order leaves the studio, a tracking link will be sent directly to your inbox so you can follow its path. We rely on the postal service to carry them the rest of the way. Delivery times depend on how far they have to travel from the Netherlands, but they always appreciate your patience.

Customs & Borders

For characters travelling internationally, please note that any customs fees, import taxes, or border duties are the responsibility of the new owner.
