Barnaby is a small hound who is perfectly prepared for the cold, though he seems to prefer observing the winter from a warm desk. Wearing a red snowflake sweater, he sits looking upward with the quiet expectation of someone waiting for a good story to begin. He does not ask for much attention. He simply waits, bringing a piece of quiet winter comfort indoors.
He is built by hand from the wire up. Layered with spun cotton, his face and textured red sweater are painted slowly to retain the tactile evidence of his making.
